Christmastime in Hermann is one of the most magical times of the year. Our town gets into the festive spirit right around Thanksgiving, with German Christmas markets, concerts, a tree lighting ceremony, Children’s Lantern Parade, and more! With decorations down every street and good cheer in the air, you might think our town would fit right in to a storybook movie. Well, you’re in luck – we had a Christmas movie filmed here too! Released in 2023, A Christmas Vintage by Nicely Entertainment follows two winemakers from rival wineries in Hermann and a wine competition that brings them and their town together. Aside from the acting talent on the silver screen, Hermann is the star of the show!
