From Boardrooms to Ballrooms: Hermann Has It All
Needing a spacious venue for a trade show, exhibition, or reception?
- The Inn at Hermannhof offers a variety of venues from small to large, and customized solutions. Their experienced sales and catering staff will work with you from planning until the event wraps to ensure an incredible experience for you and your guests, assisting with off-site activity planning, audio/visual equipment, catering, and more.
- Hermann Hill hosts meetings and events 365 days a year and offers full-service corporate event packages with meal options and refreshments throughout the day, as well as evening cocktails. The facility features over 7,000 square feet of meeting space, optional outdoor space, and smaller spaces that can accommodate groups under 50, which can also be used as breakout rooms to the Pavilion Room which accommodates up to 300 attendees in a variety of table and chair configurations.
- Stone Hill Winery offers private indoor and outdoor meeting room spaces for parties of 20 to 250. The Carriage Room in their Vintage 1847 Restaurant is ideal for smaller groups, while the Sherry House accommodates groups of up to 250 people. Vintage 1847 Restaurant provides for your catering needs while at Stone Hill. Your team can also enjoy a private group tour of their historic, underground cellars to learn how Stone Hill wines are made.
- The Showboat Community Theatre offers a historic theatre space perfect for seminars, concerts, live performances, and more. With a capacity of 250 people, as well as a host of audio and visual equipment including projectors, microphones, and a full-size theater screen, the Showboat Theatre is a great presentation venue! There are concessions available.
- The historic Concert Hall and Barrel Tavern is the oldest continually operating tavern west of the Mississippi, featuring the spacious second-floor Concert Hall for large groups of up to 150 for rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, business meetings, fundraisers, and more. The first-floor banquet room is ideal for smaller groups of up to 12 guests.
- Located on the beautiful 40 acres of Starkenburg, by the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows and St. Martin’s Church Museum, Valentine Hall is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and meetings. The hall features a stone fireplace, large windows to enjoy the beauty of the area, and ample paved parking. Rent the entire hall, or the Terrace Room or Hearth Room for smaller events. With round and rectangle tables, a video screen, a large kitchen, microphone system and handicapped accessibility, this venue is perfect for many occasions.
- The North Star meeting space at Vinchester Inn is a 1,600 sq ft space with an understated German bier hall vibe. Long, wooden tables and wagon wheel chandeliers with warm yet industrial finishes decorate the modern and open events space. *Meeting Space available for lodging guests only*
- The Rotunda, originally built as an exhibition hall for agricultural fairs, is on the National Register of Historic Places. It can accommodate up to 250 people. The charming architecture of this octagonal brick building will ensure a beautiful backdrop for a successful event.

Come to Hermann by Car or Train
Conveniently located just 15 miles south of Highway I-70, Hermann is about one hour from Columbia, MO, and 90 minutes from the St. Louis Arch. The Amtrak Missouri River Runner travels to Hermann from Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City, with many stops in between, making group travel stress-free!
