The shop is filled with a large assortment of bulk candies, Amish and German candies, retro candies, Ted Drewes frozen custard, and Giofre Apiaries honey ice cream. The shop offers German and Hermann souvenirs and lots of gift merchandise.

More than 80 varieties of bratwurst, plus house-made bacon, summer sausages, cured smoked meats, and German specialties. On-site deli lunch includes items such as hot soups, deli sandwiches, brats, pulled pork sandwiches, and sides. Special event catering is available. Family owned and operated since 1969.
The Tasting Room at Übernachten is a nano-tasting room, offering a select variety of gin and brandy tastings, flights, mixed drinks, craft sodas, espresso, small bites, and pairings. An Official Outfitter on the Missouri Spirits Expedition, Übernachten features Edelbrand Pure Distilling, which produces un-aged European-styled fruit brandy in Marthasville, Missouri.

Located in a landmark 100-year-old tin mill in historic downtown Hermann, Tin Mill Brewing Company is the only true lager microbrewery in the state of Missouri. The on-site restaurant offers appetizers, thin-crust pizza, bratwurst, and sandwiches. Mixed drinks from Black Shire Distillery, Hermannhof wine, and, of course, Tin Mill beers.

White Mule Winery offers dining on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. On Fridays, visitors can choose from two to three entrees, one of which will always be open fire grilled Steak. On Sundays, the choices are Pan-Fried Chicken and Homemade Roast Beef. Most of the beef served comes from Schlottach family cattle, and is processed locally, then delivered fresh – direct to customers’ tables!
