Missouri Statehood Day Missouri became the 24th state on August 10, 1821, and Missourians will celebrate Missouri's Bicentennial Statehood Day with ice cream socials all around the state. Hermann's celebration will take place in the Upper City Park. Seating and tables are available in the Pavilion, and lawn chairs are welcome. Ice Cream Social beginning
