The Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows at Starkenburg, built from 1904 to 1910, set on 40 acres, features indoor and outdoor altars. There are grottos, Stations of the Cross, and an outdoor Rosary Walk. Individuals or groups are welcome. Tours are by appointment.
Weddings are welcome at the outdoor altar or indoor altar. Annual Pilgrimages are held the third Sunday in May & second Sunday in September. Second Tuesday Masses and Luncheons are held the second Tuesday of every month, March through November.
Enjoy numerous gardens and natural areas throughout the 40 acres.
