Black Shire Distillery

Black Shire Distillery is set on a historic farm in Hermann, Missouri, where German immigrants settled and built their lives. In the 1840s, the Rasche family established their farm and small still site where Black Shire sits today. The Distillery carries on their tradition of crafting spirits from local ingredients, with a focus on locally-grown grain aged in Missouri-made white oak casks. The Distillery crafts a lineup of spirits, including Bourbon, Rye, Blended Whiskey, Gin, and Vodka, along with limited release and seasonal offerings.
