Professional meat processors attend from all over Missouri, with sample of products for sale. There are professional and amateur sausage-making competitions, Kraut-making classes, German dancing and music, a Volksmarch, and a Wiener Dog Derby.

Make your favorite Braunschweiger recipe and enter the contest.

Entries must be submitted by 6:30pm. Judging will be based on taste, creativity, and presentation.

Gourmet Sausage sampling/sales $10
Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm
2 Locations – Pre-sale ticket price of $10 covers entry to both locations each day.  Bundled deals and t-shirts available.

Ticket price on the day of event increases to $15, so pre-sale tickets are the way to go!
    Location 1 –  Stone Hill Winery Sherry House – 1110 Stone Hill Highway
German Music 12pm to 4pm, Saturday, 11-3 Sunday
Wurstjaegers Dancers at 1pm, both days
    Location 2 –  Hermannhof Festhalle – 237 East 1st Street

Dog entries $15 per dog and must show proof of current vaccinations
All breeds may participate in Talent or Costume contests for $10 each contest per dog
