72nd Annual Maifest Festival

Hermann’s annual celebration of spring is a beloved tradition—one of Missouri’s oldest German festivals. Highlights include Maypole dancers, the Volksplatz market place, beer gardens, German music and food, activities for children, and craft demonstrations. Festivities end Sunday afternoon with the Maifest parade.

Now accepting Maifest Market Vendor Applications: 

The Maifest Market will be ONE-DAY ONLY on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 9 AM to 7 PM. The Maifest Market will be located on Schiller and Third streets and showcasing a variety of artists, local makers, craftspeople, food, beverage, and more.
