Tin Mill Brewery

Located in a historic grain processing plant in downtown Hermann, Tin Mill Brewing Company is focused on the art of authentic German Brewing. Brewing the majority of their beers according to the German Purity Law of 1516 and importing their barley, hops, and copper brewing kettles from the Hallertau region of Germany are all part of the story at Tin Mill. Self-guided tours are available daily. Tastings, a restaurant, a gift shop, and live music complement the brewery operations.
