Polly's Still House

At Polly’s Still tasting room guests can enjoy a tasting of handcrafted spirits or order a cocktail to sip surrounded by the history of some of Hermann’s first settlers. Polly’s Still has an exclusive lineup of rare spirits and a diverse menu of cocktails. While visiting, guests can take in the sights of the First Settlement Village of the Hermann Farm and sample unique whiskies and brandies.
