Hermann Filmfest 2024

This is the first year for Hermann Filmfest , and the Showboat Community Theatre will hold a festival to highlight some of the great filmmakers from our region. Showboat will show 11 different films, spanning multiple categories, throughout the afternoon and evening.

Filmfest has three film categories: 5-10 minute short films, 10-20 minute short films, and animated short films. The Showboat will show Family Films for all ages beginning at noon, and then hold a 20-minute intermission. Films with more mature themes will show thereafter, and the festival will end with the presentation of awards for each category.

Come watch some exciting short films, support the Showboat and local Hermann talent, and have fun!
