When you are looking for a unique experience, visit Martin Brothers Winery. Unlike any other winery in the area, their wine does not include any fruit – in fact, they are one of only a handful of wineries, globally, that specialize in fermenting mead. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating at covered patio tables -or bring a book and relax on a complimentary blanket. For an extra special treat schedule a Tableside Tasting Experience where a tasting guide will lead you through each wine with an in-depth description, from honey to glass. Alongside, local artisanal cheeses and other indulgences will be paired with your wine.

You may visit Downtown Deli & Custard Shoppe for the sandwiches, but you’re sure to leave with a cup of frozen custard, a hand dipped ice cream cone, or (if you behave even while on vacation) a frozen yogurt. Dessert aside, this spot is a must visit no matter the weather. If it’s a touch chilly, there’s nothing better than tucking into a warm bowl of creamy tomato basil or potato bacon soup. All staff are required to wear a face mask to keep their guests safe.

It’s hard to talk about Hermann without mentioning Stone Hill Winery. This beautiful estate feels cut straight from Napa Valley or the forested hills surrounding Turin, Italy. This famed winery is a must-visit for connoisseurs and fledgling wine tasters alike. While the tasting room and gift shop is normally bustling with visitors and energy, they are limiting the number of tasters inside at a time, not only making your experience safer but more intimate as well.
Vintage Restaurant, which is just steps away from the main house, was once the winery’s carriage house and horse barn. Currently, seating is limited to allow for plenty of safe distancing.
