Missouri Statehood Day
Missouri became the 24th state on August 10, 1821, and Missourians will celebrate Missouri’s Bicentennial Statehood Day with ice cream socials all around the state. Hermann’s celebration will take place in the Upper City Park. Seating and tables are available in the Pavilion, and lawn chairs are welcome.
Ice Cream Social beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Music by the Loehnig German Band from the Bandstand beginning at 5:00 p.m.
- Ice cream provided by The Brush & Palette Club
- Sandwiches and cold drinks to be sold by the Boy Scouts
- Kettle Korn by the Lions
- Kiddie games and dancing
