Description:ROOTS: Fork & Cork Festival at APW. This event is about our roots as a family winery coming together with Newman Farm, a Missouri owned, family farm, and the roots of amazing music and art. Roots, heritage, family, friends, wine, art and good food all take us back to a simpler time when connections were whats important. Come celebrate those connections with us and rekindle that lost kinship.

Newman Farm will supply the local, free range, grass fed, heritage breed Berkshire pork. Their pork is world renowned and many famous chefs, high end butcher shops, restaurants, and charcuteries source their pork from Newman Farm! Trust us when we say, if you have not tried their pork, you are missing out! It is the best of the best and they only utilize responsible, ethical, and environmentally friendly farming practices. Our 1855 Cellar Bistro chefs will prepare the sides to go with this outstanding pork and plates can be purchased. It will be a sell-out though so don’t hesitate! This will be a foodie lovers delight!  Reservations Recommended.

The folk duo, Gloria Attoun and Michael Bauermeister will open for Missouri Breaks, an exciting progressive Bluegrass band from St. Louis.  They’re the perfect headliner for our first annual ROOTS: Fork & Cork Festival. This is going to be an amazing day of live, Roots (Americana, a style incorporating early blues, country, folk, rhythm and blues, and rock influences. Roots reggae. Roots revival) music, wine, grass fed, heritage breed, Newman Farm Pig Roast, arts and crafts vendors (all hand made items, hand curated) and more! This will be a full day of live music, amazing food, and local art vendors selling their handmade wares, so plan to spend the day with us, dance, shop, eat, and drink!
