Grab an apron and roll up your sleeves to learn the art of German tradition of sausage making from Hall of Fame Wurstmeister Mike Sloan. Topics will include mixing and grinding techniques, ingredients, types of casings, safe handling, smoking and cooking times and more. Class fee includes a wurst lunch, wurst, wine and beer tasting, 2 free drink tickets, 2-3 pounds of sausage (that you made) and a Wurst Haus goody bag.
